Privacy Policy
This page explains the core account, coaching, and usage data handled by the Tuff Fitness workspace.
Tuff Fitness stores the profile, planning, messaging, logging, appointment, and progress information needed to run the coaching experience. Access is limited by workspace role so clients, coaches, managers, viewers, and platform admins only see the data required for their responsibilities.
Every signed-in account can download its account data from Settings → Privacy & exports. Client sections include only the records available to that account; the download omits credentials and internal coaching notes. For other data access or account concerns, contact your organization administrator or support.
