This page explains the core account, coaching, and usage data handled by the Tuff Fitness workspace.
Tuff Fitness stores the profile, planning, messaging, logging, appointment, and progress information needed to run the coaching experience. Access is limited by workspace role so clients, coaches, managers, viewers, and platform admins only see the data required for their responsibilities.
Signed-in users can manage privacy-related export access from Settings. If you need help with data access or account concerns, contact your organization administrator or support.
